Expert with bots for automatic posting Classified Ads

I need several bots for posting classified ads automatically. - Bots for 20 separate websites - 1 website (most important) has audio captcha when detecting non-human activity By converting audio heard to text it is possible to bypass it. (has been done in delphi by someone, source code NOT available) - This should be webbased fully. (you can use any programming language to achieve my requirements) if you think it should be semi desktop semi webbased just let me know with some clarifications. - I want to insert data on my website thru a form and those bots will fill it back on those 20 websites accordingly. - Data inserted on my own webpage is just once. I can also schedule the script/bot to run at specific time for selected websites - Data can be either posted or removed by the bot from specific websites. - Bots should work thru proxy to avoid getting blocked easily. - You need to have a great experience in bots. By having experience with audio bots you will become more credible when claiming 'expertise'. ONLY BID if you know anything about audio captcha!
