ADULT link dump script. 12 sites. pictures, videos, links

Looking for a base-script to be installed on 12 domains with certain features being active or inactive depending on the site. Requirements of the programming are that of a solid "linkdump" script with these details: -moderation and accept/denial of viewer submitted links, videos or pictures -when link, video or picture is accepted by a moderator, it is inserted into a templated page accesable through rotation on front page of the site and then archives. -links open in a new window with an iframe from the originating site -ability to upload thumbnail preview that will appear next to link that viewers click to go to the full video, picture or link -in the control panel, a place for the admin to edit certain parts of the site (such as a banner that appears as a page include on the top of every page) -solid script that will not disfunction, run down or be hacked by malicious users No image or design work needed.
