Modify PHP Application

I need a programmer to tweak my application to do the following: Automatically create user accounts (user account framework already exists in the database). Set up payment via QuantumGateway and PayPal API Add basic client page within the log in area that allows users to see payments, submit a support ticket, change payment method, and upgrade their package. Allow people to create a limited trial account and then upgrade it to a paid account (account grouping exists in the database and application framework). Create account plans based on number of email subscribers. Error check and fix any bugs within the app. Remove existing branding. The user accounts and user group framework exists within the application so the work will be much easier. THIS MUST BE COMPLETE WITHIN ONE WEEK. It is coded in PHP with a MySQL database.
