I need an easy website, quickly.

I need a website put together that doesn't really do much at all. It will just allow anyone to type anything on the page and it will be there permanently. Nothing can be backspaced, but anything can be added. Only text. That is the only function. Anyone can contribute. It MUST look like a notepad file (see attachment) It MUST follow the guidelines of my attached image and as far as the text input goes. It should be just like notepad, people will see a cursor at the top of the page (all new text will always appear at the top) people can click somewhere else to type, but the text must turn permanent as they are typing so that backspacing is not permitted. There should be NO submit button or anything like that, it should just be a big notepad file pretty much that can not be edited, just added to.
