I am looking a simple program developed to run on Microsoft Windows Operating system.
The program should have the following functionality:
After logging in, the user should be directed to either the admin area or the user area (depending on their login credentials) I had also thought of authenticating users of the program using biometrics finger print scanner hardware (unsure how complex this would be to carry out)
The admin should have the following functionality:
Add, delete and edit users
Search for users and their information
View questionaire results (that will be completed by users in the "users" area
The user section should:
Ask a series of questions that will not involve free form text, instead the user will select numbers to demonstrate how strongly they agree/disagree with the statement/question
On completion of question the user should see a "Thank You for completing the daily quiz" messgae
The questions will be multiple choice, the user will read a statement and select a number from 0-5 demonstrating how strongly they agree/disagree with the statement. When finished, all the numbers they clicked should be added and this information stored for viewing by the admin. If a user scores above a certain value, an email should be generated and sent directly to the designated admin. If certain questions are answered in such a fashion, an email should be generated automatically.
I would like this to be written in C++ or Java.
If you can complete this task, please reply with "Red Dog" in the subject so as I can be sure you have read the entire description.
Red Dog Dear, I am more than expert in app development in Java / c++ . I prefer java as UI dev is easy in Java. Please note that biometric authentication is not included in the bid

Dear Sir/Madam, I can successfully complete your project. Sorry but I refuse to reply with some silly string in the subject - I have read the entire description and that's that! Regards, Gerard
