First Data Global Gateway website Intergration

The title of the project says it all. The site I built with joomla and if u go to the site now u will see I have the payment gateway as Plimus. c o n t r a c t o r s u p p o r t o n l i n e d o t c o m goto the hand yman or contr actor signup form and u will see the payment page. I want the payment page to be similar but with the websites already used background colors so it looks streamline. also we will need to add a dropdown box that the user is required to complete that will have a list of 3 digit numbers in it.
