We are looking for a consultant to help analyze the work it would take to complete an application already developed but incomplete in functionality. The application runs on Linux, PHP, Android SDK, with MySQL and supports Android, and Web access currently, with iPhone access planned soon. The initial task is to spend 5-10 hours looking at the code and the punch-list of items that need to be fixed or added to the application to estimate how many hours will be needed to complete the version one of the application. Applicants should have skills in PHP, MySQL, Linux shell scripting, source control, Android development, xcode and/or other apple development tools and have at least 5 years demonstrated skills in deploying web and mobile applications. We will pay competively depending on experience for this initial phase. If the candidate is successful in outlining the timeline and effort to complete the application they would be highly considered for the larger contract of completing the application.
