279903 two small jobs

I need 2 existing scripts modified.

First one is a url video downloader, i need to update the database when the script has downloaded this url video. Database has a column named download with values 0 or 1, 0 being not downloaded and 1 being downloaded, so the modification will just have to UPDATE the database

Second one is a video namer it is a youtube clone script, i want to use the video name as the title and description. Currently Script imports all videos from a folder and names them all the same, i need to name them like below:
