8067 Simple Publishing PHP script

I need a simple self publishing php script, based on Server Side date and time settings, that automatically ends a page and publishes another (that I have set) immediately based on my scheduled publishing dates. I would need a simple admin backend panel where I can just: 1. Click Create Button 2. New page loads up with text area for me to input my html codes for my web pages 3. Set the exact time and date for the page to be published and just save I can add unlimited number of pages by repeating steps 1-3 The site should have only one page which is the [login to view URL] refreshing to my specified scheduled content. The HTML codes that I input into the text area in step 1 should appear exactly as it is with css styles in [login to view URL] (frontend) according to its specified dates. So let's say if I have a page that I have set earliest in the list of pages, this page will show up in front end as the default page, immediately when another page is set to publish, the new page will replace the default or earlier pages. If no pages are set between a time lag of the first and second page, the first page or the earlier page BEFORE the next specified publishing of other page/s should stay on as default without expiring. The admin panel should be easily customized so that I can re-edit the appearance, colors, tables and such. Basically its just like a blog script that publishes a webpage in frontend according to its published and expiry dates except for this is much simpler with just published settings without expiry. As the only expiry of the page should be when another is set to go next. There should not be any time lag in between the publishing of pages. A simple installer for eay installation should also be packaged into the script. Should be in PHP for MySql.
