Replacement Project For: Install Captcha and Disable Email Sending for Old Accounts

We need 3 tasks done:

1) Install Captcha when new users sign up to authenticate that new sign-ups are authentic.

2) Disable Email Sending to Old User Accounts that signed up few years ago, without deleting their profile or account on site. Just add an additional condition to ensure the email is sent out successfully only to a recent signup, who registered on site after 30 May 2014. For testing on 2, replace 2 existing users' email accounts with our email ids we will provide to you, and when you start sending emails to such members, we should expect to see no emails coming through to their inbox successfully at all, when others click communication buttons to send messages to them.

3) Ensure Email Sending to ANY sort of New user accounts that signed up after 30 May 2014 remains successful.

For testing on 3, this time you create new accounts who signed up after 30 May 2014 and ensure that email sending to them continues on successfully.

4) Precaution: Maintain Status Quo for the sending of internal messages to the Old accounts that registered on site before 30 May 2014.

For the Old accounts , while external email shall not be delivered to them in line with requirement 2 in the project scope, don't disable internal message sending to them which currently is still taking place. Internal messages shall continue to go out to the recipient as intended=> Maintain status quo for this!

One last item:

Fix a bug - Posting during registration hanged and did not get through after user fills up registration and clicks the 'Finish' button at bottom of create_basic.php.page.

Necessary to fix this so that we can test new users registering after 30 May 2014: if they get external emails as per usual, ie as per the status quo being maintained for them.
