1578 PHP site change and frames

I have a site that is calling alexa thumbnails in rotation on the index.php. Alexa is not allowing this to be done any longer so I need a solution. I would like to display the member site instead of the thumb nail however there are probabaly a few files php files that will need to be updated to reflect this change. Also will need the index php to operate in frames to enable the site to scroll at the bottom of the index file. Should be an easy fix for a decent programmer. Please do not bid if you can not complete this job.
