PHP Expert Fix Configeration

Budjetti $8-15 USD / hour

I have installed the new site and updated the code with the new path: http://search for [url removed, login to view]

But I can't get the site to connect to the database.

I think there is something wrong with .htaccess or some codeigniter config in the php setting.

I need this fixed asap. Thanks.
