7124 modify personal ads script

We have a custom personal ads script that needs a few things adjusted with it. They are as follows. Signup form, have skip option on the picture upload. When signup in complete, log the user in and bring them to the welcome page. Reply mail button on read mail page. have sent mail box. allow users to delete mail from inbox and sentbox display other user pictures into profile. resize images when being uploaded to the server add mail count to header section. email user on their email address when they get new mail on the system allow a certain host to see any page without being logged into they system.
