168793 Email/Info Grabbing Spider

I need a spider that I feed a URL to a toplist for example, [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] That will go in, open all the websites sign-ed up for the toplist and scan their website for email addresses. The spider should then report in an excel style spreadsheet, URL of the website then Email address. It needs to be able to read example [a t] example dot com, and those style email formats, just the common ones. This should be a very simple php script. It needs to record which urls I have scanned in a list. The script needs to also remove duplicates if I re-scan a list.
