Eastern European PHP Coder - Big Project

I will only be hiring a PHP / MySQL / jQuery Expert Coder from Eastern Europe/Russia for this project only. ------------------------------------- This is for an online resume creation online tool. It will give members the tools to design their resume, we offer them templates, ability to drag/drop in 'sections' into the resume, and change spacing and font/font sizes inside their resume. All the pages HTML/CSS is already completed ---------------------------------------- We have 2 groups, visitors, and paid members. Both can demo the resume creator, try out templates, seciond, and edit the design. Guests cant save, download, fax, email, share it, etc.. It will cost a one time payment of $49 to become a member. For payment we will use [login to view URL]'s API to collect cc info, but guests will also be able to use paypal or google checkout should they choose to. You willl need to know jquery/ajax, as this is a heavily dynamic designer with drag/drop, one-click template changes, ability to add/change text by clicking inside the resume. ---------------------------------------- We will also create our own API, that job boards can use so that they can add our 'button' to their site that will allow our members to click that button, login to our site, select which resume they want to submit to, they go back to that same job board, without ever leaving that job board's page. ----------------------------------------- Member features that guests cant do: Create unlimited amount of resumes save resumes to our database preview resume as it will look when printed Give it a custom public URL for each domain download it as pdf and doc email resume to anyone fax resume to anyone share it on social media sites (must have a public url first) *upload it to their monster/careerbuilder/indeed/simplyhired accounts
