a couple of website pages needs sorting out for shopping cart

I have a website that I have been writing and I am a little stuck with the shopping cart process which needs tidying up so I will explain in detail The webpage I am not happy with for the shopping cart part is [login to view URL] I would like the user to be able to select from the main page menu Goods/Appliances(this is part of a dropdown menu I cannot figure out) then display the results in the [login to view URL] results page (item css) and be able to add to cart view cart all the fancy stuff etc the pagination part below I would prefer it to show in a more readable format EG just like the freelancer switch example here [login to view URL] unless you can make it look even better PS, the MySQL DB only has a merchant table at the moment with some dummy data init so you may want to play around with that and tidy the DB up, oh and my long term goal is to have the site compare products after I have got past the shopping cart part, as I like the easy of use of the [login to view URL] so maybe you also have the skills to do some future work for me 2 things you need to know before I accept proposals, Firsty I need you to take out as much of the pages details as possible and include them in files as I want the layout to be the same for many many pages eventually, so if you can manage to figure out and do this so the main templates of the menu, left hand pane, right hand pane and footer can be re-used as includes and the DB result details can be seen within the part that's already there then fantastic. Secondly I need to know how soon you can get started on this as I had someone say they would do this for me, I paid the milestone payment but never heard back so about to revoke the project.
