I need a script built and installed that allows a taxidermist to keep track of his clients and also a page that allows the clients to view their mount status online. It needs to have these exact specifications. THE ADMIN PANEL: The admin panel will allow the site owner to add, edit or remove a customer with the following data fields: *First name: *Last name: *Mount Types: (5 text fields) *Invoice: (5 text fields for each of the 5 mount types) *Mount Status: (5 drop down fields to change mount status for each of the 5 mount types. The choices in the drop downs are going to be preset choices. No need to modify them dynamically.) *Down payment (5 fields for each of the 5 mount types) *Remaining balance (5 fields for each of the 5 mount types) *Email: *Address: *City: *State: *Zip: The site owner will have to constantly go in and change the status of the mount types for each client. They could do that by the "Edit a client" link in the admin as mentioned above. Another addition to this.. When the site owner changes the status of a mount for a client, it will automatically email that client with a specific message using the email entered for that client in the script. The email will be a paragraph that will tell them that the status of their mount is now in [whatever stage]. If they change the status for more than one mount on that page it will send out a separate email for each mount type that changed status. THE MOUNT STATUS PAGE This page will simply show the clients, their invoice numbers, mount types and the status for those mounts as well as the down payment & remaining balance for those mounts, Then a grand total totaling all mounts if there is more than 1. When they first see the mount status page it will say "To check the status of your mount enter your phone number and click submit." This will need to be able to work with or without - or () In other words they could type 845-555-2333, (845) 555-2333, 845 555 2333, 8455552333 or whatever. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES I will add my own design to the page later. I'll need this built in a way that I can simply add my design code to the page. The admin panel will not need to be password protected because I can just set up password protection for the folder. So the admin should have it's own folder called clientmanager/ the mount status page should be named [url removed, login to view] When the site owners selects a client to delete it will bring up all the clients information entered and say: "Are you sure you want to delete this client?"
