5590 basic oscommerce changes

I have an oscommerce template from [login to view URL] , with demo here [login to view URL] I need to make some layout changes to the design. So will a html/css expert who can read some php. (or someone experienced with oscommerce frontend customisations) The customisations are very basic for someone experienced with oscommerce. 1. Move search bar to the header 2. Increase the width of the table in the center (to stretch across the screen with total width 1000) 3. disable the main graphics for product display 4. incorporate meaningful url, full instructions here.([login to view URL]) that's it for this scope. but there will be some continual programming work after this, so I am looking at a long term relationship here. Only reliable programmers need apply who work within the agreed timeframe and who is contactable by msn/yahoo messenger or at the very least emails during business hours.
