This is the first phase of a project to build a complete CRM. The website will be based on an HTML5 CRM template that will be included. If your work is good and rates are reasonable there will be approximately 6 additional phases of the project moving forward. This system will have to be created in such a way that it can be easily set up for different companies on different sites.
The Word doc attached describes the project in more detail and with screenshots. The attached excel sheet shows the DB information needed for this phase.
Programmer must implement a User Registration system which will include several types of users. All user registrations must be approved by the broker before user has access to the site.
When clicking the Phone icon (Calling page) a new Form will appear. The first question of this form will be a button asking the user if they are ready to start making calls. Once they click yes the start time is recorded by the system. If the user clicks that button or the call activity slider the system will note the time the button was clicked and calculate the time the user was making calls.
When the ISA user is on this page, they will see an alert at the top of the page if any Broker or Agent is also logged in at the same time and has marked themselves as available.
As the ISA is making calls, there will be 7 buttons on the wizard screen. Each time the ISA clicks one of these buttons the count for that button type goes higher. There will also be a count of total calls which is the sum of all 7 buttons. The bubble in the upper right corner will also display this tally as the ISA is clicking the buttons. The buttons below are similar to the buttons to be shown for the 7 call options.
If the client clicks the Spoke To Client button, a new form will open below the original form. The form will request the information seen on the Lead Information sheet of the spreadsheet.
When the ISA clicks the button or slider to end the call session, the page will show the ISA a summary of the session.
Once the ISA clicks “OK” they will be taken back to the dashboard. At this time an email will also be sent to the broker with the summary information above. This information will be stored in a database every time any of the ISAs record a calling session and broker will be able to access stats from these sessions. See Statistics section for additional details.
Another section of the database will be lead/client information. This information will be gathered by the ISA during call sessions. Once the ISA has completed the Lead Information form and submitted an email will be immediately sent to the broker with all of the lead information.
Brokers, Agents and ISA users should be able to click on the “Leads” icon on the left site navigation menu to see a table of the leads in the database. In the initial build of the site we only need to see a list of the clients. The next phase of the project will include sorting features, email features, etc. For now the only sorting necessary will be time the lead file was created. To see how the table should be laid out, see the Table Example sheet in the spreadsheet.
If you click on a lead in the table view you will then be taken to a single lead page with all of the information about the lead. Users should be able to edit all fields on this page. There is also an edit button (see Developr template) that shows additional information if clicked. This should also be implemented.
The Broker should be able to click on the Statistics Icon on the left side of the Navigation menu to access different statistics.
During the first phase of this project the ISA statistics will be measured and displayed in different formats. The various charts will show the data seen on the ISA Functionality sheet of the spreadsheet.
