130248 Adding Search Query Functions

Hi My client has a property website that needs the way people search for property redefined. At present it is designed for Property Sales and Rentals but needs another search facility for Holiday Lets. When the visitor arrives at the site they can choose which Continent they wish to search. Having selected say Europe they are then presented with a page with the 3 various options: MAP OF EUROPE (images to be supplied) Sales (Drop Down Menu) Rentals (Drop Down Menu) Holiday Lets (Drop Down Menu) Drop Down Menus contain countries in Europe: eg Albania, Andora, Armenia, Austria etc On selection of country they are then taken to a page that displays all Sales / Rentals / Holiday Lets listings for that country similar to [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] Advanced Search At this stage at the top of the page they should be able to refine their search. They should be able to search by Price, Number of Bedrooms, Area of Country. Note: Price in banding: Eg: 1 – 50,000, 50,001 – 100,000 100,001 – 150,000 etc Area will be set by the following: North, North East, North West, West, East, South, South East, South West The majority of the site is done but the form for adding property will need to be changed a bit to contain unique information that is only relevant to Property Sales or Rentals. For example: People renting a Holiday Home don't need to know whether it is near a school but they might if they are buying a house. Additional info to be supplied. Happy bidding !
