I need somebody to build and support a dynamic wap site for us.
The wap site will be integreted into a billing platform. Pre-Qualified programmers will receive a comprehensive system design document,
which will be used by the programmer to make firm bid. The following criteria will be used for pre-qualification and initial bid evalution.
(A) PRICE
> Development cost will not exceed $300
> Support cost per month will not exceed $20 (paid per quater in advance)
(B) IMPLEMENTION
> Programmer has the time to start project immediately.
> Relatively straightforward site, once billing platform is mastered
Hence, delivery time should not exceed 14 days from project
commissioning.
(C) Skill Set
> WML
> PHP
> MySQL
> Apache
> Linux
> XML (working knowledge okay)
(D) STATUS
> Individual preferred
