Asterisk "Crystal Recording Interface" Debugging


I installed Asterisk [url removed, login to view] with CDR MySQL support.

I also downloaded and installed from [url removed, login to view] the CRI software package.

My status:

Messages stored in the voicemail folders are accessible by the voicemail users directly, but calls that are recorded into the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor can not be played (the "Play Call" Button doesn't appear), although the calls are listed in the CRI call monitor page (taken from cdr_mysql).

I need help in fixing/debugging it. My suspicion is that it has something to do with the file names of the recorded calls in the monitor folder. I use the following exten commands to set the file name:

exten => _X.,1,Set(CALLFILENAME=${STRFTIME(${EPOCH},,%Y%m%d-%H%M%S)}_${CALLERID(number)}_${EXTEN})

exten => _X.,n,Monitor(wav,${CALLFILENAME},m)

Someone that dealt with this or that knows PHP very well can probably sort this issue out within minutes.

All the software I used is available for download, so can be tested or reviewed on your own server.
