Simple Video Landing Pages with Ajax Contact form

Hi guys - I have a very basic set of pages I will be working with today and for the next few days. I need to do something like these pages references 1 and 2:

- for the single video pages $30 each
- $50 for a good CMS and connected
You could easily use Dream Weaver CS4 for this - you should already possess a usable CMS without having to build one from scratch for this - I DO NOT WANT TO BUILD ONE FROM SCRATCH - use CMS scripts that are already usable and working - I won't hire you unless you have something that can be used fast and complete for this job.
I can use Adobe Contribute CS4 to make relevant changes for these pages.

This is a simple mini site I want replicated.
Really not a complicated project - I basically want to replicate these sites in terms of the functionality not the content of course. I have some scripts to use and have the video player along with the flash files to drop in. I need someone to knock out the video landing pages. I have 4 in total.
I want to find someone who has a decent CMS that can deploy fast without having to BUILD FROM SCRATCH - a tweak here and there is fine but don't want to engage in a full on development for a CMS or basic landing pages.
If you have a functioning CMS that will work for this type of application, I will work with you. I have no desire to keep reinventing the wheel.
I consider this work a test of your skills and how fast you can produce the work. I have quite a bit of additional work if interested. Good luck good people.
