20266 Clone of Tracking Site!

Hello all, Need a clone of statcounter.com. Need all the functionalities of the site and need to be managed by admin section. Need to have membership[ levels like the site in reference. Basically latest 100 click stats are shown at any time for free, for an unlimited amount of projects a user can create. If the need more (number of) stats, they upgrade. Please study the site COMPLETELY (it's free to use too- so SIGN-UP) before ASKING ME ANY QUESTIONS.b Ads (banners, adwords etc) also need to be controlled via admin section. This is a fairly simple project for you adept programmers and maybe you have even ddone it before. I think the way it wokrs, is that JS code reports back to one srver and another server share's the load of showing the click activity. Please share your insights with me to explain any thing else about project. As always, PLEASE DO NOT POINT ME TO ANY LINKS..... ONLY STUFF THAT IS READY TO BE DEMOED.
