5452 Postnuke to Joomla Migration

Project: PostNuke to Joomla Migration I'm the owner of a Freeski Community Portal ([url removed, login to view]) powered by postnuke-CMS. It still runs on postnuke 0.7.2.6-Phoenix, which is not up to date. I would like to migrate the whole site from postnuke 0.7.2.6 to Joomla 1.0.x. The following contents should be transferred to Joomla (it is supposed to work properly): • users (at least user names, passwords and e-mail) • News articles (they may belong to one single category at the end - e.g. named "archive") • Forum (from pnForum 1.7.5 to Joomlaboard Forum Component (any recent version is ok) • Link list (Structure, clickable URLs and matching descriptions) If realisable with little work - following contents should be changed too: • polls • comments (linked to articles) Deliverable: A script in PHP4/5 and/or SQL that is capable of migrating all the data mentioned above. Deadline: 1. September 2006 Thank you! BTW: I found a script (written in perl) another webmaster has once used with success (see attachment). Perhapes it can be a help for you.
