Need a Joomla 1.5 site with add ons moved to Joomla 1.7

I need a skilled developer to make me a nice new clean Joomla template (maybe similar to .costaricamap . net or show me what your idea is). Template must follow Joomla standards so I can edit it easily in the Joomla interface at a later date. Once the template is decided upon, the website and all it's data must be migrated to Joomla 1.7. The site is also linked to several other apps/scripts (photo app, forum, ect). These must be linked as well upon completion as I need a fully working site again. I also need a working sitemap generator built in with google and msn compatible maps. If anything is not going to work it needs to be addressed BEFORE work begins. Deliverables: I need to see your example of the template for approval before a bid is accepted. Must meet Joomla template standards for easy editing Site must be fully migrated into Joomla 1.7 and everything must work including my non joomla apps linked. Sitemap generator needs to be added.
