504605 Modify Real Estate Landlords Module

1. Make is so the owner name and password can be changed by admin. 2. Find a solution to show if there is more than one owner for a property. I am not sure how this could be done--perhaps a second owner name under the same ID? Programmer to work with me to find acceptable solution. 3. Add fields in db for current rent rent deposit rent adjustment date adjustment type: increase/decrease rent adjustment amount rent amount 4. Add input fields for above items to the following pages: add tenant info, modify tenant info. Display the information input on the [login to view URL] page that shows tenant records, and anywhere else that the tenant information is displayed for the landlord. Since we did not separate the street number from the street name, just order the property list in the street number order. (Our next project will include separating out the street number from the name.)
