URGENT - I need someone to modify the basic Joomla 1.5 installation to do the following:
I want to use the article listing system as an office furniture inventory listing system. There will still be the format Section > Category > Article - but each article will essentially be an inventory listing. The general idea can be seen at

In fact, it will follow nearly an identical format - where the image is on the left, there is a title that links to more info. and there is a description. Because this is specifically for Office Furniture, I'd prefer to customize the 'Submit Article' form to include a few extra fields that will accompany the listings. Such as: Qty, Item#, Availability Date. Also, to simplify things, I'd like for the user to be able to upload the image in a very direct manner and have it always formatted and outputted the way you see on the link above. I have created a basic mockup image of what the 'Submit Article' form should be modded to look like - which is attached.
The functionality will be as follows:
The site is an internal site for an office furniture company to use as a tool for their sales people. Essentially, one or two people will have permissions (setup through the standard 'Registered' user interface) to be able to use a custom 'Add-Inventory' form (which is the modified 'Submit Article' form). Once they have filled out the 'Add-Inventory' and submitted, it would appear in the Section > Category > they specified. It would be formatted as you see on the link above. The remainder of sales people - after logging in - would be able to browse these listings/articles and view the details. They would be able to place a 'reserve' on any of the inventories. On the listing there would be a button called 'Place Reserve' that would open up a small form that allows them to reserve whatever quantity and add a brief note or comment. Once they placed that reserve, the quantity would automatically be decreased on the original listing. This user/sales-person would also have a link (again, after they logged in) called 'My Reserves' where they could see a simple table that showed which items they have reserved. They would also be able to 'Finalize' the reserve - which would permanently reduce the quantity of the item, or they would have the option to 'Release' the reserve which would restore the quantity of the item. Admins should have the ability to 'View All Reserves' which would be a simple table showing: Item#, Title (as a link back to item), Reserved Quantity, Username that reserved it, and their note/comment.
There is an URGENT need to complete this ASAP. And I realize that the functionality is not that complicated, but it is detailed. Please only bid if you think you can get this done in a day or so and to full specification.
