I'm selling a Joomla / Wordpress plugin ExtraWatch on extrawatch.com. I'm looking for someone who can handle the customer support for me.
It's about answering the tickets and effectively solving problems of customers, reinstalling extensions, giving advices, etc.
I'm looking for long-term cooperation. My requirement is, that the person has to be very clever, customer-oriented, with very good technical skills (PHP/ MySQL/Joomla/Wordpress/Drupal/Prestashop/Magento), initiative.
Doesn't just have to answer "something" and just confuse the client. The answers should be really the right answers which will help the client. Failing to do so can terminate our business relationship.
I want to pay fixed amount each month, regardless of number of solved tickets. So don't confuse this with some job where you will be just payed that you "did" something and in fact, nothing at all.
I'm also requiring a paypal account.
