I'm using Joomla on a small personal site and I want the ability for visitors to post comments about the articles I post. None of the open source commenting programs (AkoComment, etc.) have all the features I want. Here are the features I want that I can't find in those programs: - The "read comments" link should only appear at the end of the full article, not together with the "read more" link at the bottom of the intro text. - Any previously posted comments and a text box for submitting comments should only be displayed (either at the end of the article or in a separate window) if you click on a "read comments" link at the end of the article. Basically, I want a comment feature similar to how blog programs (WordPress, [url removed, login to view], etc.) usually do it. When viewing an article, all you see is a link at the end that you can click on to see or view comments, but if you don't click the link, you don't see the comments or the text box. Also, whatever commenting program is used as the starting point should include an antispam feature (like verifying the numbers displayed in an image). In setting the budget for this project, I'm assuming that these features can be set up by making a couple of straightforward modifications to an existing, open source commenting component for Joomla. If this isn't the case, we can discuss adjustments to the budget.
