this component should work on a conference website to collect abstracts from speakers.
it should do the following
1. the visitors click the link of (send abstracts) from the conference website.
2. the component shows some forms to be applied include name, subject, authors of abstract, the abstract and upload file icon.
3. after he send the abstract he should get an email with the abstract number (auto generated number) and a message from us tells him that we will review the abstract and contact him if its accepted.
4. in the same time another email will be sent to supervisor user shows the abstract details.
5. the supervisor user must have a control panel from front end to view and edit abstracts which will be stored in the database.
6. there must be button allows the supervisor user to send the abstract to the scientific committee to review and rate the abstract and send it back to supervisor with the total rate shown as stars.
7. the scientific committee are users we give them access to the component.
8. after the supervisors choose the final rated abstracts he click (accept abstract) button which will be found in front of each abstract. after click the button an auto email send to the abstract owner email tells him that his abstract has been approved.
9. the approved abstracts should be marked anyhow in the component panel.
10. I'll manage the configuration from backend as an administrator but all the above steps should be managed from frontend and I will give the access to any user.
