Wordpress plugin for classified ads submissions and more

I am in need of an EXPERIENCED pluging developer with mad skills who will stick around even after launch for updates and admin as well as other projects. Simple plugin needed automated free classified submissions that can extract the paramiters set by user for such as but not limited to: 1. Cities searched by demographics including population 2. Categories searched by keywords 3. Automatic ad approval sites 4. Affiliate links allowed 5. Cloaked links allowed 6. HTML allowed in ad body 7. Site links permitted 8. Similar affiliate products already listed in same classifieds Must be uncluttered, simple to use and as light as possible. I will use for personal use for 4-6 weeks in conjuction with product launches and niche markets to see if i can achieve my deisred results and to work the bugs out before deciding to launch or not.
