Develop a website with the following: A repository for opt-out email address submitted by users. 1. able to lookup (search whether his email address is already in Opt-Out repository) 2. able to login and submit five more emails to opt-out (each login) 3. able to submit five opt-out sites (each login) 4. able to submit five non opt-out sites (each login) 5. ability to invite a friend to use opt-out service 6. direct marketer (dm) is able to register / login 7. dm able to submit a zip file with max of 1000 (can be higher, yet to be decided) records for verification for free. Provide automatic search ticket no. 8. dm must buy search services for 2nd and subsequent search services. 9. dm to buy search services using credit card, paypal, storm pay, e-gold etc. 10. to support multi-lingual 11. Preferably php with mysql, developer must suggest the appropriate webhosting package to acquire for the website. 12. separate administrator access and management to the database to be given upon completion of the website. 13. coder will be given the web layout done using MS-Word (skeleton), however developer can suggest a better or effective template to adopt. 14. entire site should be adsense friendly as current revenue will come from google adsense CPC and CPM. Coder must be familiar and be creative in placing ads to the wesbite. 15. Preference for 70% content and 30% ads concept and design. 16. Article is being written by RAC copywriters that will be given to the developer. 17. incorporate other relevant technologies or methodologies current in trend and suitable for the website. 18. provide banner exchange script (3-5 five sizes) that can be cut and paste - for reciprocal links purposes. 19. provide support services at least 3 months upon completion thereafter a new contract can be done for support as well as webmaster appointment. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law.
