I am looking for somebody help me create a video sharing community like youtube, break, etc. Security is a must, therefore, I expect nothing less from you and your firm. I will not pay you to learn on the job, and as you go. If you are serious, show me an execution plan, show me 1/4 completion of the project and it's direction. Again, if you're looking to be paid first and then to start work, please DO NOT OM OR CONTACT ME IN ANYWAY!
