We are looking for someone with experience setting up, maintaining and supporting an autodialer for our office.
The objective of this setup is to run an autodialer from our office to broadcast a message to clients. If clients are interested they can press a number to be transferred to an agent. Since we have multiple offices, we would like to be the primary site for this process and be able to run campaigns for other offices at the same time. The difference would is that the call would be transferred to an external number.
Starting, a new campaign should be easy to do. We would require a couple hours of training as well to make sure we know how it works.
We have the server hardware and can have it network to start the setup. We would need to know what OS to install and possible provide an ISO.
We already have an appliance based IP PBX, vendor switchvox ([url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view]) via Cbeyond with ability to to hold 10 concurrent calls. We are looking to have integrate both systems.
