READ THIS PROJECT FULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING A BID. Providers who do not read and fully understand the project will not be considered.
If you bid and send me a private message - give me details as to your solution - do not be generic in your answers, I want real details.
Now for the project itself:
I am looking to accomplish a couple of things.
1. I want to have a dynamic RSS feed area that will update on the fly - Google's API cannot do that since they only cache once per hour. I need my RSS to fetch every 5 minutes.
2. I want a password protected area that will easily let people add to the RSS feed.
I imagine a login area that will lead to a couple of text boxes where the user will input the "Title" and "Description" of the RSS feed item.
Here is the sample xml page I am using effectively:

[url removed, login to view] Storm Closings

WINTER STORM WARNING

12-18 inches of snow expected

2:00p.m. Tuesday until 5:00p.m. Wednesday

Have a Closing, Delay, or Cancellation?

You can see this feed at [url removed, login to view]
As you will notice, this is extremely barebones and exactly the way I want it to be. It works correctly as it feeds my Scala InfoChannel Bulletin Board.
Now I need it to send this info as an RSS feed to my website [url removed, login to view] without restrictions - meaning no limit to the number of items I can place on the feed, and that it would refresh my feed every 5 minutes.
My budget for this project is between $75 - 200 dependant upon experience.
The winning bidder will also commit to working with me to get this done within 48 hours of being chosen or I will cancel the project and pick another provider.
