PSD to XHTML

Hello,
I need someone to convert psd to xhtml. It doesn't has to be table less but It should be compatible with most browser.
The template is currently being designed so I'm attaching a draft of what it will look like. It is for a site that will allow users to rate/review local businesses. I'll have the template tomorrow and I'm hoping for someone who can do it the same day (within 24 hours).
I prefer someone with excellent skills in php, mysql, and ajax. This is because I'll need some help with some scripts in this project.
Also If you do a good job here, you can expect more work regularly.
If possible, please post your previous psd to xhtml, php and ajax work samples.
