PHP/MySQL programming needed.

I need new functionality added to an existing custom built PHP website.
Two things needed:
1) Add a third category to Projects section entitled Archives. This will display on the front end, and be selectable within the Admin panel of the site.
2) Add SEO capability to each page. I need to have SEO fields (Page Title, Meta Description, Meta Keywords) to each page. Pages of this site are stored in the MySQL database. SEO fields will need to appear in the Admin panel on page and project edit screens and then store in the database properly.
** IF you are familiar with the WordPress plugin called WordPressSEO by Yoast, this is the type of functionality I am looking for (the ability to customize each page's SEO).
