PHP Form Auto Submitter + Data Entry

Hello, I have a list of 1200 submit forms URLs I would like a program built in PHP/MYSQL to automatically submit content from an RSS feed to these forms. Some sites require login and password, and some require captcha. The entire list from top to bottom needs to be checked for duplicates and all the submit forms need to be sorted into the 3 sections. A general category (sites that offer any all types of gmaes), a girl category (sites that only offer girl games), and an important category (those are listed last on the list). We need to be able to easily add new forms and re-categorize forms ourselves from the admin panel. Some site require you to login before the forms can be accessed. Others have captchas that need to be filled in. Some have both a login requirement and captcha. Also it needs to take things into consideration such as error handling, adding new rss feeds, support to upload multiple images and a complex admin to manage everything. The only thing we will provide is the list of 1200 forms, every form and everything must be sorted and added on your end as well as the complete development of the program in PHP/MYSQL + AJAX ect It must be very easy to use and add new forms. The only thing manual is filling in captcha's that cant be cracked. Everything else must be automatic. We are looking for a complete solution from start to finish Serious bidders only.
