phonegap coding assistance for iPhone

I need someone to show me how to use PhoneGap to perform some simple tasks on the iPhone platform. PhoneGap is a way to create html/javascript/css applications for the iPhone, as native apps (not web apps), and you can read more about it here: [login to view URL] Please see the attached file for my first attempt at using PhoneGap. I followed one of the tutorials to create a simple database and display a bit of data. I've also added "xUI", which is sort of like JQuery for iPhones. I need someone to illustrate how to do the following (basically a sort of "Hello World" example for each of the following tasks). For all of these tasks, please put your code examples in my existing app (StockViewer). You'll need to install PhoneGap of course, since this uses some libraries that are available only after installing PhoneGap. 1) Using POST or GET methods, send data to a remote http:// URL location, and make the result of the request available to my PhoneGap application. The GET/POST request not be observable to users. Use this URL to test: [login to view URL] This simply returns back to the user any GET and POST variables that have been sent to it. 2) In my "[login to view URL]" file, you'll see that this does NOT work: alert([login to view URL]); I'd like you to clearly explain to me why this doesn't work, and show me an example that works. I would like to be able to do this after the x$(window).load(..) function is called. 3) I normally use Firebug for Firefox to do my debugging with websites. How do I debug a PhoneGap application in a similar manner? At this point, I have been debugging my applications using Javascript "alert" statements. There seems to be a "log" function, which was used in the sample code: [login to view URL]("deviceInfo"); But, I have no idea where this is being logged to. I checked my Applications folder and could not find any evidence of log files. Is there a better way to debug PhoneGap apps other than logging everything? ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows?
