1. Similar to an Excel mileage log, but available online. User would enter details of daily business mileage, tolls - reimbursement would be calculated on a per mile basis. Would be for fiscal year. However, at end of month, user, could convert to pdf and print with totals, and then start new month.
Common fields at top: Reimbursement rate, ie 40 cent/mile up to 5000 business miles, then 30 cent/mile, for example. Starting and Finishing odometer reading for fiscal year (ie Jan1 - Dec 31)
Row Fields needed
Date, Description, Purpose, Mileage, Tolls, Total Reimbursement.
Drop down's with pre-populated fields, ie Destination field could be common one like 'Boston-Framingham'. When you pick this, it would pre-populate the next three fields, ie. ( Boston-Framingham Business 10 miles [url removed, login to view] Tolls ) Total would take into account reimbursement rate. User must be able to enter all fields individually and add additional pre-populated fields.
