New Web Site Needed with PHP/MYSQL

Looking for someone or a team to create a web site from sratch. Here is what we have in mind:
- Contact Us (with a way to email us directly from the web site)
- About Us ( We will provide the Info)
- Products (We will disclose the product to the best bidder)
- FAQ Page (sort of like a board)
- Customer Page (testimonils we will provide)
- Search Function (entire site)
- Shopping Cart (Only want with paypal, also want an email to notify us)
- Graphic design (Want a killer looking site graphicly)
All of these functions should be integrated and follow the same color and layout theme. Fresh code would be fine if you think you could do better for less but I have no problem with all the PHP stuff being used as long as its seemless and attractive.
