501288 Need to develop Drop-Drag-Edit Module in Jomsocial Group

We need to build a Module for Joomla's JomSocial. In this Module, we want to add the modifications to JomSocial's group page. We want each group creator to have ability to drag and drop some small tools which actually generate some JQuery and PHP code, so they can create their own fully customized personal groups.
