QUICK USER ACCESS
A toolbar at the top of every page allows quick access to any user by their ID, e-mail, zip code, or admin notes.

CUSTOMIZABLE E-MAIL MESSAGES

In the admin panel you must also be able to add contests, the winner will receive a numerous amount of points. In the user side the user must be able to see the current leader board. The time start and expire for the contest must be edittable in the admin cp e.t.c
Each user has a single login for all of your sites which can easily be extended to any other site in a few clicks. Registrations for only USA, Canada, Uk and Austrailia would be supported. The following fields must be added.: email, confirm email, password, confirm password, first name, last name, country ( drop down selection menu for Austrailia, Canada, USA, United Kingdom. And a tick box saying i have read and understand and agree with the terms of service. These fields are also required. Or only view offers in certain categories (Casino Offers, Free Trials, etc.), these offers must be sorted in categories which can be done in admin control panel and the offers must be shown for specific countries ONLY.
Users must be able to see the prizes on offer from a link on the user bar. The users must be able to select the different category they want to look at e.g. ps3. After they have chosen the item they want the request must be sent to the support section where the support team can do the ordering e.t.c for the request. Also there must be a verfication that the user has the amount of points needed for the specfic prize.
PRIZE CLAIM CENTRE
The users must be able to see a prize claim centre where they can see the item order and tracking number of their prize they ordered. For example it can show, request on pending, fullfilled, rejected e.t.c the support team must be able to write a comment and email the user with details of the prize they get.
Create support tickets, credit requests and view their status all from one page. You can even close your own ticket if you find you’ve answered your own question.
CUSTOM PRIZE ORDER.
If a user cannot find a prize they want, they must be able to order a custom prize. There must be a custom prize order form available they must contain the following fields. Url to the prize, Name of prize, amount of points its for, at least 10 is needed and a message multi line box. also underneath a currency convertor is needed to convert the points to another currency, the currency for points will eb US DOLLARS! The users may convert the currency to GBP US DOLLARS AUD OR CAD. it must also then show the amount of points that would be for that currency.
There must also on the user home page be a block of space for latest news, which can be posted via the ADMIN PANEL!
There must also be a testimonial page where the admin can add a picture and the text the person who received this gift wants to have posted so that users believe in this freebie site.
There must be a shoutbox, where people can post shouts and the usernames must be linked to visit their profiles. The admin can appoint admins of the shoutbox who can control it by deleted posts e.t.c and also there must be smileys of course.
Users must also have a referall link. Once they refer someone they get referal cash which can be converted into points or cashed out via paypal e.t.c. If the user refers someone they earn 20% of that users earnings, if that user they refered , refers someone the first person gets 10% of that persons earnings if the same happens again the first person then gets 5% of that persons earnings.
here must be a page where it shows who you have rerfered (ID and username) and the amount of points they have earned for you.

Sorry for not adding this but in the admin panel you must be able to see the prize claims. People who accept/deny prize claims must be sub-admins meaning they cannot use full administrative privledges same goes for the support tickets of the site.
