Make Magento RTL + Products viewable by members only - repost

We would like to hire a developer to do 3 simple tasks with our Magento Store:

1/ Modify the Arabic View's CSS to make the store Right to Left (JUST FOR THE ARABIC VIEW)

2/ Make products viewable by members only: a/ Website is accessible to non-members - but when non-members click on a product to view the product page -> a java pop up will appear and ask the user to register or login. b/ The Java popup will look like the image attached. c/the Java popup in English View should be in english - the one in arabic view should be in Arabic - the one in French View should be in French d/the popup should have facebook connect option

3/ We already created a Multisite in magento Backend - We would like you to link this other "Magento site" we created to another domain
