Magento - Custom Options Multiply Each Other...

What we want to do is have the option to Multiply Attribute Options Together...

Example:

Product Price: $50

Option 1 Value Selected: 18

Option 2 Value Selected: 55

Option 3 Value Selected: .07

Total Product Price: $119.30

We have a custom field named Multiplied Option (multiplied_option) on each product with a value of "Yes" or "No". Yes would trigger the modified code. No would keep the default type code, which simply adds the options to the product price.

We do have a custom option template extension installed that may need to be modified to accomplish this.

We are looking for direct edits to the files, so creating a Magento Extension is not necessary.
