Light Ajax Search replacement for OsCommerce

I need a working Ajax Live search for my Oscommerce website as the Osc default brings a big error check [login to view URL] type "Men" in the search box. But on many browsers and on the product page it returns an error. I need a light replacement for this. I'm attaching the php wich generates the results (just for study). This is a small and fast type of project. The script must query the products for the inputed data and create the links to the product. Limit to 10 relevant suggestions, you can use oscommerce 2.3.1 for work. I'll provide ftp data to [login to view URL] to the person wich can make this. Also, I need the search form to be a little big bigger and have a cute search buton next to it.
