the site will be generally divided in 2 major parts:
1) Public: clients looking for lawyer or legal info, random surfers etc
2) lawyers: actually having their office in the site; sort of MS domains and user profiles idea.
both parts are functionality rich, especially 2nd. check the attachment.
the site will come in 2 languages: English and Hebrew.
Hebrew is the default language.
the entire site must be UTF-8.
the Hebrew part must be also RTL completely.
we are looking for a group able to do both design & coding.
at least, coding is a must.
