This project calls for configuring and setting up the business processes on Kayako SupportSuite (Named version). What is required is to setup 3 departments and then login id's for the various users of the system. In addition, the email text sent to customers upon creating trouble tickets need to be set up. I have a detailed requirements document. Once setup, there will be a requirement for giving 3 hours of online user training using IM/Skype or other method.
This is a rather simple standard configuration for Kayako Support Suite. There should be no "customization or programming" involved. I would think that the experienced person should be able to setup in less than a day. The Kayako is already installed and has been skinned appropriately.
