Javascript Navigation + Wordpress blog

This requirement is to combine a javascript navigation system for some html files with a wordpress blog. I have attached a wireframe to illustrate the requirement. There are 3 key tasks: 1. Creating a hierachical javascript navigation system to: - Allow easy top-level navigation between html pages and worpress posts - Allow easy hierarchical navigation of html page sections and sub-sections - Allow easy navigation of all the wordpress posts by category and date 2. Create a breadcrumbs system that shows the hierarchy of the html pages and the wordpress posts. 3. To create an easy-to-style and W3 standards-compliant html layout. The coder will be provided access to and will use the [url removed, login to view] domain to develop and test the theme. The css styling / html that is currently used on the [url removed, login to view] website via the css2 style sheet at [url removed, login to view] should be easily implemented. THIS REQUIREMENT DOES NOT CONTAIN ANY FURTHER CSS STYLING. All that is needed is clean standards compliant html layout as described in the wireframes. The html pages are static pages. Once they are uploaded they will not be changed. Therefore I do not need a CMS content management system and they do not need to be integrated into the wordpress environment.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
